Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

One mobile set and one dagger are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.12.2015. Moreover, except present case and one Madhuban P.S. Case no. 156/2013, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
