Patna High Court MJC No.1590 of 2022(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 order is concerned, they had filed C.W.J.C. No. 18232 of 2018. It is learnt that he has also filed Interlocutory Application insofar as challenging of dismissal order in C.W.J.C. No. 18232 of 2018 and it was not allowed.

In the light of these facts and circumstances, order dated 11.07.2022 is in compliance with the order dated 09.12.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18232 of 2018. Accordingly, present contempt petition stands dropped.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking liberty to question the inaction on the part of the appellate authority insofar as dismissal is concerned, the same is hereby rejected, for the reasons that scope of contempt petition is limited, since dismissal order was not the subject matter of C.W.J.C.
