However, I find that against the order passed by the Writ Court in CWJC No 15296 of 2012, LPA No 484 of 2014 was filed by the State of Bihar and on 17.04.2015, by a detailed order passed, the order dated 18.12.2013 passed by the Writ Court has been set aside. In view of the above, no case is made out for initiating contempt. This application is dismissed.
