One country made loaded pistol and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does have criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Khagaria ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 687 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may
