The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 registered under Sections 376(3), 323, 313, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Mantu Sardar. Further, he contended that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
