Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/28 of the Arms Act.

One country-made Katta, one country-made single barrel gun, live cartridge and apparatus which are used in manufacturing the fire-arms are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 223 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Jai Prakash Kisku, learned Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi stands rejected.
