The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while preparing country made liquor. 130 pouches each containing 400 ml. of country made liquor and other articles for manufacturing country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24685 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case no. 71 of 2015.
