The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 467, 468, 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The Deputy Collector, Land Reforms made allegation that in place of Triloki Raut, Bechan Mandal was illegally collecting tax from the cattle fair and the case was lodged against the Circle Officer, Revenue Clerks and others.

It is submitted that Amarnath, Circle Officer, has already been enlarged on bail. The name of petitioner figured during the course of investigation and he is in jail since 02.04.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
