Petitioner no. 1 is father in law whereas petitioners no. 2 and 3 are brothers in law of the deceased and it has specifically been pleaded in the first information report that the husband of the deceased used to make demand and torture her as the deceased was unable to produce offspring. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
