Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 25 (I-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and mobile set as well as one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.4.2015.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Ranjit Saw @ Ranjit Sah @ Ranjit Saw Gupta @ Ranjit Sah Gupta @ Ranjit Don has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
