Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

"1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondent for considering the case of the petitioner as regular teacher in the light of the order passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 4776-4777 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court by which directed to concern authority to consider the case of the petitioner and others, who were recommended for appointment on Class-III post or Class-IV post prior to 01.07.2006 will be

Patna High Court CWJC No.14782 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 entitled for continuance as teacher on regular pay scale as case of petitioner was considered by District Compassionate Committee meeting dated 21.05.2005 by which recommended for Class-III post and further give other legal consequential benefits to the petitioner."

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 3rd April, 2017 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 4776-4777/2017.

The respondent no. 6 (The District Programme Officer (Est.) Saharsa) is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated order dated 3rd April, 2017 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 47764777/2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
