JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2025 The matter is placed under the heading "For Orders on Office Notes" with a defect that for the identical relief, the petitioner had come before this Court in CWJC No. 2429 of 2014, which came to be disposed off on 07.02.2014, with a direction to the respondent no. 3, namely, Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicraft Corporation Limited, Patna to take a final decision on the petitioner's claim for the appointment on compassionate ground within six months; hence, MJC petition is required to be filed.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner referring to Annexure-4 to the writ petition has contended that on 07.06.2022, the concerned respondents has come out with an order suggesting that the application of the petitioner is still under consideration.

3. This Court finds that the objection raised by the stamp reporter is sustainable.

4. In view, thereof, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a proper application.
