The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 498-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted his wife for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is in jail since 10.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
