Petitioner seeks bail in Kaluahi P.S. Case No.43 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms and Section 414 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner along with co-accused Prabhakar Kumar Singh were arrested by the police. Firearms were recovered from possession of Prabhakar Kumar Singh. There is recovery of one mobile from possession of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid mobile belongs to the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.43 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
