The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.350 of 2019 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 140 liters country made liquor from the house of Dilip Kumar, who disclosed that the seized liquor was kept by Brajesh Kumar Yadav, Rikam Shah and this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of

No.46073 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.350 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
