Petitioner is said to have given Garasa blow causing head injury to one Ranjit Das, who died on the way when he was being taken to the hospital.

Considering the allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kinjar P.S.case No. 48 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal stands rejected.
