The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was going to shop to purchase household articles, in the way, the accused persons encircled him and hurled abuses. It is also alleged that the accused persons inflicted knife upon him and gave five stabs.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44829 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 02-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. As per injury report, the nature of injury is said to be simple. No offence u/S 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.
