2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. The petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2024.

4. Considering the allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Court (POCSO), Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Musrigharari P.S.
