JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report discloses that bag of the informant was not stolen by any person but she could not pick up her bag when she came down from the train. Moreover, the name of petitioner came in this case when the informant identified the photograph of the petitioner in Bihiyan police station and disclosed that this petitioner was also travelling in her bogey. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15691 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016.
