2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 19.01.2025 at about 7 PM, co-accused Sanjeet Ram came at the shop of father-in-law of informant and took grocery worth Rs. 300. It is alleged that when father-in-law of informant, namely Chanda Ram, asked for money, co-accused Sanjeet Ram refused to pay
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49170 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 and thereafter, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted family members of informant. It is further alleged that this petitioner, along with coaccused Subodh Ram, assaulted on the head of Satan Ram by means of iron rod.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, due to petty dispute, free fight took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter-case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he, along with co-accused Subodh Ram, assaulted on the head of Satan Ram by means of iron rod. Doctor has found the injury, sustained by the injured, grievous in nature.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of
