The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Saida Begum, the petitioner, and Nasmun Khatoon brought food (rice, pulse and vegetable) and his wife took it. Immediately thereafter the wife of informant got pain in her abdomen and she died during the course of treatment.

It is submitted that the husband had some altercation with his wife and the wife consumed poison but from the records it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that she brought food mixed with poison and after taking it the wife of the informant died. The viscera report shows presence of

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order holding the trial on day to day basis.
