====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------------- 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.81 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 386 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 26.02.2017 at about 01.00 P.M., the girl students moved for their houses from the Goal Study Point Coaching . The son of the informant was also going with them for their safety. In the way, the petitioners met the son of the informant and asked him that the course of the coaching has been finished and as to why Rs.10,000/- per month has not been given to them by his father as ransom. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60886 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 made protest then the petitioners caused injury to the son of the informant through belt and knife, whose treatment is going on at the D.M.C.H., Darbhanga.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant and due to petty dispute, they have falsely been implicated in this case. In the medical examination of the son of the informant, abrasion injury over the neck was found on his person. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.81 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
