====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-10-2021 Heard Mr. Umesh Prasad, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Abhay Kumar Roy, the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3670 of 2021.

In place of "Chandradeep P. S. Case No.93 of 2020", inadvertently Jamui P. S. Case No.93 of 2020 has been typed.

Precisely for this reason, the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within time to take advantage of the order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58408 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 The order dated 09.09.2021 is modified to the extent that Jamui P. S. Case No.93 of 2020 be read in place of "Chandradeep P. S. Case No.93 of 2020".

If the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3670 of 2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
