The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 27of the Arms Act, 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and section 13 of the U.P.A. Act. The F.I.R. was lodged by the police alleging therein that when the police party reached Jamunia forest, the accused persons including the petitioner fired. The police got information from the villagers that the petitioner and others had assembled in the preceding night. It appears that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 17.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

No.23930 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
