Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 68086 of 2021 vide order dated 25.07.2022, the petitioners were directed to deposit the initial salary drawn by them for two years of their initial service. He has further submitted that the head of treasury in which the salary has to be deposited has not been mentioned in that order.

The petitioners are directed to deposit the salary, as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32405 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 observed vide order dated 25.07.2022, in the treasury head of salary from which they have received their salary. With these observations, the modification petition is disposed of.
