====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 The road complained of by the petitioners in the writ petition which was required to be removed under the orders of the writ Court, not being removed led to this contempt petition. Several rounds of affidavits and show cause(s) have been filed by

Patna High Court MJC No.1135 of 2016 (8) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 the petitioner and by the State defending their respective stand. The supplementary show cause filed today enclosing a photograph of the area in question confirms that the road whatsoever constructed on the land of the petitioner has now been ploughed and the petitioners can well use their respective lands for agriculture purpose. The choice is with the petitioners to demarcate the boundary.

However, in view of the supplementary show cause filed by the State, I find no reason to continue with the contempt application considering status placed on record. The contempt application is disposed of.
