Petitioner is accused in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 registered under Sections 25(1-A/25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 30952 of 2013 on 04.04.2014 by this Court with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within one year. If the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that more than one year has already been elapsed but the trial of the petitioner has not yet been concluded. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2013, having no criminal antecedent.

No.24362 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents/close relative of the petitioner.
