JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing Narcotic Control Bureau, Patna. Today also an adjournment, on behalf of Narcotic Control Bureau, Patna, has been sought for on the pretext that the next date has been fixed on 20.06.2016 on which date, remaining witnesses will be examined.

In spite of positive direction since before, on account of non production of witnesses on each and every date, has virtually, delayed the disposal of instant petition as well as the trial before the learned lower court. As such, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and proceed with on day-to-day basis after 20.06.2016 and conclude the same within three months without giving any unwarranted adjournment to either of the parties.
