After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with a liberty to file an appeal under Section 6(a) of Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2021 before the Collector, Bettiah. If the appeal has been filed within a period of four weeks, the Collector, Bettiah is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioners and pass an order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties. 3.
The Collector, Bettiah is also directed to condone the delay in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the matter of the petitioner was pending since 2021 before this Court. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
