JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 354, 354A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-8 of the POSCO Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody in connection with POSCO 11 of 2015 arising out of Barhara (Krishna Garh) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2015 on the accusation that he used to tease the informant's minor daughter, whose statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded and in the said statement, she supported aforesaid accusation. Moreover, submission on behalf of petitioner is that parties have already compromised the case and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since long.

Case No. 232 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Ara.
