JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 The petitioners want to renew their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2016 arising out of Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan which was earlier rejected by order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35431 of 2015 on the ground that T.I. parade was conducted by Block Development Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat and no T.I. parade was conducted separately in this case resulting the petitioners are suffering in custody since 25.05.2015.

The learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering that victim Khushbu Nisha, the bhabhi of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16644 of 2016 (3) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 informant of this case has identified the recovered articles which is mentioned in 2nd para 114 of the case diary and, as such, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again the payer of bail of the petitioners stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioners, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within 9 months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
