JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioners are in custody since 20.4.2015 in Barh P.S. Case No.104/15 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the cousin brother, namely, Anant @ Antu Yadav of the informant on account of previous enmity and his dead body was concealed. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 20.4.2015 and charge sheets

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26056 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 have been submitted in this case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Barh, Patna, in Barh P.S. Case No.104/15.
