Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Altogether 24 persons are named in the first information report but specific allegation of giving fatal blow to the deceased is against Naushad Alam and similarly, it is stated that it was Naushad Alam who assaulted Tafezul. Moreover, the same thing has been reiterated by one Abutabul whose fardbyan was recorded on 31-01-2016 in respect of the present occurrence.

No.16900 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 So far as petitioners are concerned; petitioner No. 2 is not named in the first information report as one Siddique S/o Imtiyaz was made accused in written report of the informant but subsequently, when fardbyan of Abutabul was recorded, the name of petitioner No. 2 appeared. However, there is general allegation of assault against the aforesaid petitioners.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
