Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, they were not caught on the spot and their name came in the confessional statement of coaccused Tulsi Sada, who was caught on the spot. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 24.02.2015 and 25.02.2015 respectively.

Accordingly, above named, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
