The petitioner is accused in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015, registered under Section 354, 354(B), 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 12.05.2015 at about 1.00 A.M. in the night, the petitioner entered in the house of informant and started to outrage the modesty of the informant. The informant woke and raised alarm, but the petitioner unfolded her clothes and laid her on earth, father-in-law of the informant woke up then petitioner fled away from there. The informant and her father-in-law went at the door of the petitioner, but petitioner was found absent and her wife abused them.

No.15978 of 2016 (3) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are co-villagers and due to grudge and enmity the present case has been lodged by the informant. The occurrence is said to be held on 12.05.2015, but F.I.R. was lodged on 18.05.2015 without any explanation of delay in lodging the F.I.R. The petitioner is accused in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 1997, but he is on bail. Further submission is that in custody since 17.01.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.195 of 2015.
