The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One motorcycle, which is subject matter of Civil Lines 112 of 2015, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has also been remanded in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 04.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S.
