JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement, accepting the participation in the present case and, thereafter, he was remanded in this case but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.
No doubt, the petitioner does have some criminal antecedent but uptill now, he has not been put on test

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
