The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 143 of 20-209/2019 arising out of Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 for the offence amongst the other under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya.

Twice the petitioner has approached this Court and the same has been rejected on merit. It was also tested before the Apex Court and the result was the same.

No new development has come up to consider the bail application of the petitioner herein. The same is accordingly rejected once again.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58626 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail and there is no sign of conclusion of the trial.

The learned Trial Court is directed to take appropriate steps to conclude the trial if possible on day-to-day basis so that this case may be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest. With this observation, the bail application is rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
