The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.01.2016 in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 414/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant got information that one boy is selling stolen mobile and accordingly, raid was conducted and culprit was arrested and from his possession, two mobile phones were recovered and on interrogation, he disclosed that the said mobile has been purchased from one Deepak Kumar of Didarganj P.S. and thereafter the police searched at his rented house wherefrom so many televisions have been recovered of different companies and accordingly,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16959 of 2016 (3) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 seizure list was prepared.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that there is no material to suggest that the articles recovered from possession of the petitioner are said to be stolen property nor there is any such complaint in respect to the articles in question. The petitioner claims himself is a electronic mechanic.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Alamganj P.S.
