The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant allegedly, named the accused persons including the petitioners that while his father Sukhdev Yadav was cutting branches of banyan tree, on the order of Preman Yadav, co-accused Raja Ram gave blow with iron rod on the head of his father and he fell down on the ground. Thereafter, all the petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted with Lathi and bricks to his father Sukhdev Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.104 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies. The police after investigation did not found the accusation against the petitioners and accordingly, submitted final form. It is further submitted that doctor found only one injury on parietal region, which is attributed to Raja Ram. No other injury was found on any part of the body of the deceased. Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2, Nawada or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
