JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 04.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has filed a case for restitution of conjugal life at earlier point of time and thereafter the present case has been registered.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional
