JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 378 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured by means of Gadansa and it appears from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition that altogether four injuries were found on the person of the injured and out of the aforesaid injuries; one injury is said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon and rest three injuries are said to be caused by hard and blunt substance but almost all the injuries were found simple in nature.

No.15989 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned 8th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
