The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.549 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant made allegation that the petitioner and his brother demanded Rs.3 lakhs for providing job to the complainant but the aforesaid allegation are false and concocted. There is no chit of papers to show that the petitioner and his brother received any money from the complainant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63763 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No.549 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
