In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (i) In the nature of "Mandamus" directing and commanding the respondent authorities to employ the petitioner on the post of "Panchyat Teacher" else appoint the petitioner on any other class III or Class IV post on compassionate ground, in accordance with law, since Husband of petitioner died in harness

Patna High Court CWJC No.8787 of 2018(2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 while working as Panchyat Teacher at Primary School, Shanti Nagar, Maner under Gram Panchayat Raj Gyaspur, Maner, Patna.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 15.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14304 of 2017. The Respondent No.10 i.e. The District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Patna through its Chairman-cumDistrict Magistrate, is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the case referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
