JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 It is pointed out by leaned counsel appearing for the petitioners that there is incorrect mentioning of police case number in second paragraph of order no.3 dated 20.9.2019, by which petitioners' regular bail applications have been rejected by this Court, though the headers of these cases bear correct mentioning of police case number.
