Mr. Umesh Narayan Dubey ============================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umesh Narayan Dubey, the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner who was appointed as a Teacher was ultimately discharged from service. However, a Bench of this Court directed that for the period that the petitioner had worked, he shall be paid his salary and nothing shall be deducted from his salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2998 of 2021(5) dt.16-11-2021 2/3 There were some deductions from his salary under the National Pension System (N.P.S.) which has not been given to him after his discharge from service. In that regard, several representations have been made by the petitioner before the concerned authorities but for one reason or the other, the same has not been paid to him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that necessary communication was made by the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Jehanabad to the Senior Treasury Officer, Jehanabad for the needful but because of the change of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, till date no payment has been made.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this case is g disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an effective representation, detailing his entire grievance before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad, within a period of two weeks, who on receipt of the same, shall look into the matter and have the grievance of the petitioner redressed after passing necessary sequel order

Patna High Court CWJC No.2998 of 2021(5) dt.16-11-2021 3/3 within a period of three months thereafter.
