2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 833 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased has killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. In view of the serious allegations as levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
