JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 18.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is ready to keep her with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 6 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That at the very outset it may humbly be stated that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has all due respect and love for her and want to lead his conjugal life happily and peacefully".

No.15492 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015.
