Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and keeping in view the findings recorded by the learned writ court in para 9, for the present, the only direction that can be issued to the State Government is that the State Government should consider the case of affiliation to the respondent institute in question within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order
Patna High Court LPA No.1016 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 and pass an appropriate order with regard to the same and depending on the same, in case affiliation is granted, results of the students be declared forthwith. In case an adverse order is passed, liberty shall be available either to the students or the institutes to challenge the same afresh in accordance with law. With the aforesaid modification, this application is disposed of.
