It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that at the cause title of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in Criminal Appeal (DB) No.36 of 2019, the name of police station has been recorded as 'Khirimore' in stead of 'Paliganj'. The aforementioned mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the memo of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of appeal of Criminal Appeal (DB) No.36 of 2019.
